Walkways see constant use, and when the surface starts breaking down it becomes both a safety issue and an eyesore. At this Media property, the old concrete brick path was falling apart and covered with moss and algae. The goal was straightforward: remove what wasn’t working and replace it with something durable and better suited to the home.
We tore out the old concrete paver and brick walkway and disposed of all the material. In its place, we installed a brand-new Cambridge three-piece paver walkway.
At the steps, we built new brick risers capped with a custom bluestone tread for a nice elegant touch. That detail gives the walk a finished look and a solid surface underfoot.

This Media project shows our approach to hardscaping: when a surface is beyond patching, we rebuild it with materials and craftsmanship that hold up year after year. The new walkway gives the homeowners a sturdier, cleaner, and more dependable path that looks more like part of the house than the one that had been there for years.
